Appointment Policy

Arriving late may reduce the time available for your treatment. While we will do our best to complete your session, tardiness of more than 10 minutes may result in rescheduling. 

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

At Upkeep Aesthetics, we have a 48-hour cancellation and no-show policy to respect the time of our clients and providers. Any appointment that is canceled within 48 hours or missed entirely will incur a $150 cancellation fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file. 

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations (three times) will require prepayment in full for future bookings. Prepayments are nonrefundable if the cancellation policy is violated but can be credited toward future services if the appointment is rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance. 

We value our providers’ time, as they are often booked weeks in advance, and last-minute cancellations prevent others from booking appointments. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain the highest level of service for all our clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy. 

Refund Policy

Services:  We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Results vary by individual, and while we strive to achieve the desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments may be required to meet your goals. 

Retail Products: No refunds are offered on product purchases. Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days. 

Gift Certificates: No refunds are provided for gift certificate purchases. 

Children Policy

We kindly ask that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all clients. 

Pet Policy

While we love pets, we ask that you leave them at home for your visit. Only service animals are permitted in the facility. Pets brought to appointments will need to be removed to avoid disruption.
